What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. What we collect

Your account: your name, Google email address and profile picture from Google sign-in, and the phone number you give us.
Enrollments and payments: which courses you bought, when, for how much, and the payment's reference. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay, our payment gateway; we never see or store them.
Your device for classes: an identifier and name for the phone, tablet or Windows PC you watch on, its platform and app version, and on Android a notification token, so only one device per account is active at a time.
Class sessions: when you joined and left each live class, and a short code drawn over the lecture as a watermark that links a copy of the class back to the session it came from. If the Windows app pauses a class because recording or remote-control software is running, the session records that it was paused and which rule applied. The app checks this on your PC; the list of your programs is not sent to us.
Discord, if you connect it: your Discord ID, username and email, to give you the right roles in the class community.

To run your account, give you the courses you paid for, and show your classes in the app.
To keep paid material from being shared: one active device per account, watermarks, and pausing a class while recording software runs.
To answer your questions, send class notices, and keep payment records that the law requires.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Live classes run on Zoom inside our apps. Students join with their camera on so the teacher can see who is in the class; your camera and microphone go to the class through Zoom while you are in it.
Doubts you send in class are delivered to the teacher through Zoom's chat.
Recording, screenshots and sharing of classes by students are not allowed (see the terms).

Supabase (our database and sign-in), Google (sign-in), Razorpay (payments), Zoom (live classes), and Discord (the class community, only if you connect it).
If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp handles that conversation under its own policy.
Each of them receives only what it needs to do its part.

Account, enrollment and class records are kept while your account is in use and for as long as needed to settle questions about access.
Payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Some records, such as payments, must be kept by law even after the rest is deleted.
You can disconnect Discord at any time.
Students under 18 should enroll with a parent or guardian, who agrees to this policy on their behalf.
