Questions and answers

What students and parents ask before enrolling.

Courses and classes

Do I need any prior knowledge before joining?

You should have a strong grasp of foundational mathematics taught in classes 9 and 10. Advanced tools required for the Physics curriculum, such as basic calculus and vectors, will be taught inside the course. A strong work ethic and willingness to correct weak habits matter most.

Will this course include recorded video lectures?

The core value of the course is rigorous problem solving, exact reasoning, and curated practice. Study guides and mock tests are standard. Dedicated recorded video lectures may be provided at the instructor's discretion.

How are classes conducted and how do I watch them?

Classes are taught live on a laptop. For security and focus, live sessions are attended only through the official AAPhysics app: on an Android phone or tablet, or on a Windows PC. Web browsers, emulators, iPhones and Macs are not supported for protected playback.

How will I be notified about class schedules and updates?

Official announcements, live class timings, and important notifications are sent through the app and the premium enrolled-student community. Please enable notifications after enrollment.

The app and your device

Why am I getting a black screen when I try to watch a class?

The app uses anti-piracy protection. Screen-recording tools, remote-control programs, emulators, casting devices, and some external monitor setups cause protected playback to black out or pause. Use a standard Android phone or tablet, or a Windows PC you sit at.

Can I access the course on my iPhone or MacBook?

No. Protected course playback works on Android phones and tablets, and on Windows PCs through the AAPhysics for Windows app.

Community, support and refunds

How do I join the Discord community?

After enrollment, the premium community invite is provided inside the student experience or classroom workflow. For general questions before enrolling, message us on WhatsApp.

What is the refund policy?

There is a strict no-refund policy. Please review course details, technical requirements, teaching philosophy, terms, and access rules before enrolling.
